About My Approach
Over the years I’ve been trained in a range of counseling and coaching approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Narrative and Equine-assisted work, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and family systems approaches. I’ve also completed training in the Gottman Method and am certified to teach Gottman marriage enrichment material, as well as holistic wellness coaching. In practice, I don’t force anyone into a technique or model. I let your story, your nervous system, and our working alliance lead, and draw from these tools in a way that feels respectful, paced, and truly client-focused.
What We Can Work On
I work with a range of relationship and life issues, including:- recurring conflict and communication breakdowns
- rebuilding trust after hurt or betrayal
- feeling more like roommates than partners
- decisions about staying, leaving, or how to separate well
- integrating faith, values, and meaning into your next steps
Who I Work With
Individuals facing relationship stress, confusion, or big decisions
Couples wanting to rebuild trust, connection, or communication
People navigating infidelity, separation, or emotional distance
Those wrestling with how faith, values, or meaning fit into their relationships
How Coaching Works
Sessions are held online by video. Most people start with 50–60 minute sessions weekly or every other week.Coaching with me is future-focused and practical. We’ll explore the story that brought you here, then focus on what you can do now to move toward integrity, connection, and peace.Coaching is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. If you’re in crisis or need clinical support, I’ll encourage you to connect with local licensed help or emergency services in your area.If you’d like to get a feel for my voice and reflections, you can also find me here:
